Combine Cosmo inHellMixer, apple cider, bourbon, 1 cinnamon stick, one star anise pod and ice in a shaker. Add a squeeze of fresh orange juice. Cover shaker tightly, pick it up and turn sideways, a full 90 degrees. Hold the shaker with both hands (one on each piece) and shake vigorously in a horizontal motion for 15-20 seconds. Remove shaker cap and strain into a glass of fresh ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, star anise pod and orange slice.
